Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask all clients to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Advance notice allows us to offer that time slot to other clients who may be on our waitlist and ensures our licensed estheticians can serve as many guests as possible.
- Late Cancellations (within 24 hours): A fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
- Same-Day Cancellations: Depending on the time of cancellation and the treatment type, clients may be charged up to 100% of the service value.

No-Show & Deposit Policy
A no-show occurs when a client fails to appear for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice.
- First No-Show: A charge of 100% of the reserved service fee will be applied. Your appointment time is held exclusively for you — our team prepares and sets aside dedicated time and resources in advance.
- Repeat No-Shows: After two no-show occurrences, all future bookings at RJ Aesthetics will require a non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling.
